Trusted by industry leaders
We partner with major oil companies, traders, and chemical producers to ensure safe, efficient logistics. Our operations are certified to the highest international standards:
Our history
Biwi Shipping was founded in 2002 by maritime engineer Hans Müller with a single terminal in Buchberg, Switzerland. Recognising the growing need for integrated logistics in the oil and petrochemical sector, the company expanded rapidly through strategic acquisitions and greenfield developments. By 2010, we had established terminals in Rotterdam and Houston, and in 2015 we launched our own shipping fleet to provide end‑to‑end control over the supply chain.
Today, we operate 25 terminals in 14 countries with a total storage capacity exceeding 8 million m³. Our fleet of 18 vessels transports over 6 million tonnes of cargo annually. We continue to invest in digital innovation, including real‑time inventory platforms and predictive maintenance systems, to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.
